At Kronotrop Fitzrovia we managed the complete refurbishment of a heritage corner building — retaining the original wide timber-framed windows and wooden floors while introducing iroko panelling, a terrazzo coffee bar and modern building systems. Working in older London building stock means surprises behind every wall; our site managers deal with them without letting the programme drift.

For Sekerci Cafer Erol in Knightsbridge, a two-century-old confectionery house, we ran procurement, mobilisation and site management for a turnkey flagship where every joinery detail was bespoke.

The parts of a hospitality fit-out that go wrong

Kitchens and extract systems, drainage runs, power loads and ventilation are where hospitality programmes slip. We coordinate kitchen suppliers, mechanical and electrical trades against one programme, and sequence the site so the long-lead items — extract ductwork, bespoke counters, stone — are ordered when they need to be, not when they become urgent.

Statutory sign-offs, landlord conditions and licensing requirements are tracked from day one, so the space can legally open when it is physically ready.
