Our role
Set in a heritage building on the corner of Mortimer Street and Great Titchfield Street, this complete refurbishment retained the original wide timber-framed windows and wooden floors while introducing iroko panelling, a terrazzo coffee bar and modern building systems. Sutay Structure provided full-time site management throughout the works, from strip-out to completion.
Delivered in collaboration with Echinus Design Studio.
