Turnkey delivery, from strip-out to opening day

We take possession of the unit, run the strip-out, and deliver the full fit-out: partitions, services coordination, joinery, finishes and the final snag. Procurement, subcontractor agreements and day-to-day site management are handled by our own team, with a single programme that we report against throughout.

Landlord approvals, licence-to-alter conditions and building control sign-off are managed alongside the build, so the paperwork is ready when the space is.

Delivering the European flagship of Sekerci Cafer Erol on Brompton Road meant a high-specification retail and hospitality fit-out in one of London’s most controlled retail environments — completed to a fixed opening date. At the Knightsbridge Clinic & Hospital on the same street, we support a full healthcare fit-out with drawing packages, building control documentation and procurement.

Central London units come with constraints: limited loading windows, party wall considerations, landlord scrutiny and neighbours who will not tolerate a badly run site. Our site managers plan around all of it.

One team for design and construction

Where the project needs design as well as delivery, our in-house architectural design capability produces the drawing package and coordinates it with the trades who will build it. That is often the difference between a fit-out that stalls on site queries and one that opens on time.
