A family business where design meets the building site.
Sutay Structure Ltd is a London-based design & build company founded and run by the Sutay family. We combine two disciplines that usually sit in separate offices, construction management and architectural design, inside one company.
Ali Sutay leads delivery: subcontractor agreements, procurement, mobilisation, site management and the commercial side of every project. Kayra Huma Sutay, architectural designer, leads design output: architectural drawings, shop drawings, documentation packages and design coordination.
Because both halves of the process share one table, nothing is lost between the drawing and the site. Questions get answered the same day, details get resolved before they become delays, and clients deal with people who are personally accountable for the result.
We work on hotels, clinics, flagship retail and hospitality spaces across London, delivering full projects of our own and providing specialist services within larger projects for our clients and partners.

The team
The people behind the projects
Ali Sutay
Director · Construction & Project Management
Ali leads every project's delivery: negotiating subcontractor agreements, running procurement and mobilisation, and managing sites day to day. He has managed the full construction process on hotel, retail and hospitality projects across London, including the ongoing Glenthorne Hotel development.
Kayra Huma Sutay
Architectural Designer · Design & Documentation
Kayra leads the company's architectural output: architectural drawing packages, shop drawings, technical documentation and design coordination, together with bespoke furniture and joinery design, from fitted wardrobes to dressing rooms. Her recent work includes the architectural drawings for the Knightsbridge Clinic & Hospital fit-out on Brompton Road.
